How to make it: Brew your Moccamaster with double the usual coffee amount (40g coffee for 300ml water) to create a very strong, concentrated brew. Scoop 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass. Immediately pour 80–100ml of the hot, just-brewed coffee over the ice cream. Enjoy right away as the ice cream begins to melt and swirl into the coffee — that's the perfect moment.
